用nivcat链接PostgreSQL报错，如下图 

打开C:Program FilesPostgreSQL14Data  ，安装默认位置

但是我安装的时候修改了数据存放路径我的在D盘，如下图，打开pg_hba.conf

 注释local开的几行，添加如下几行

# "local" is for Unix domain socket connections only
local   all             all                           trust
# IPv4 local connections:
host    all             all             127.0.0.1/32            trust
# IPv6 local connections:
host    all             all             ::1/128                 trust

最终结果如下图：

在windows服务里重启：PostgreSQL Server就可以链接成功了。
